Why did you do GT5? What were your primary health complaints/concerns?
I decided to do Gut Thrive in 5 because I felt like the Stay Puft Marshmallow man. I felt thick, bloated, and overweight. I was sluggish, and didn’t have any energy. I was not processing my food. I felt like I was eating good and exercising and it did not matter. Primary complaints: Bloating, fatigue, constipation, low energy.
What was your experience like with the program?
I really enjoyed the program. It was easy to do. I LOVED the recipes and trying new foods/recipes for meals. The program made me conscious about everything I was putting into my mouth. It got rid of the bloating, the feeling like I was fat.
What was your experience like working with Janell?
Janell is incredible. She was very responsive and understanding to what was happening. The weekly meetings definitely helped me stay on track. I most enjoyed understanding what we were doing and why, and the effects it was having on my body.
What results did you achieve?
I feel thin. I lost the bloating. I was able to process my food and was regular. I have energy! I also released 16 pounds, which was not the intention, but did happen.
What were your biggest takeaways?
I can do it! Take care of your body so it takes care of you. Eating food that is good for you is really easy and DELICIOUS!
How do you feel about your future health now that you've gone through GT5?
I feel really good about my health going forward. I know that I have gotten rid of stuff that was not for my highest good. I will come back to the program at least yearly.
Why do you believe someone should go through GT5?
GT5 is a great reset for your body! It gets you back to balance. If you feel bloated, fat, have low energy or troubles in the bathroom, you MUST participate in GT5 for YOU!
